LNB LIBRARY DIBRUGARH UNIVERSIT DIBRUGAR DU/LIB/G Date 03-02-2017 Library Notification To all the Library Staff, LNB Library, DU.
This is for kind information to all the Library Staff that on the event of NAAC Peer Team Visit on 21, 22 and 23 February 20127 and to expedite and enable to complete all the library arrangement works to make the library presentable before the NAAC Peer Team, there will be only one shift for all the library staff (except staff engaged for Circulation Counter and Check Gate of the Library) which will run from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm including all Saturdays till 23/02/2017. The staff engaged for Circulation Counter and Check Gate of the Library will perform there regular duties according to scheduled shift duties to serve libraery users from 8:30 am 7:30 pm as usual. It is also requested not to avail any leave during this period for exigency of the said purpose. The undersigne solicites intense cooperation from the staff in this regards. (Utpal Das) Dy.
