NSS Cell, Dibrugarh University was formed in the year 1969 itself when NSS was born. It is one of the most active University Cells not only of the North-east but of the entire country. It has helped in the growth of the NSS movement in the various affiliated institutions of the varsity through its Units in these institutions.
