The NSS PG Unit, Dibrugarh University, successfully conducted a program on Women empowerment awareness on 19.10.2024 at Hospital Chariali, Kaliabor intersection in Nagaon, Assam, to educate and encourage women to realise their rights, capabilities, and potential. The goal was to promote gender equality and foster confidence in women to make independent decisions in various aspects of life, such as education, employment, and social well-being. The programme was organised under the guidance of Dr. Amar Upadhyaya, programme officer of the NSS PG Unit, Dibrugarh University. Senior volunteer of the unit Chihnani Garg led the programme.
