Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dibrugarh University, Prof Jiten Hazarika addressed the Science and Mathematics teachers of Dibrugarh, Dhemaji, Lakhimpur and Charaideo District as Resource Person on “Science Popularization” in the six days residential training program for secondary school teachers organised by the University in collaboration with Samagra Siksha, Assam. In the insightfull talk he rightly pointed out some of the realistic approach to popularize Science and how to motivate the students towards Science with some examples. He also highlighted the importance of statistics in his interactive and well applauded session.
