A capacity building programme on ”The Secrets of Eternal Youth: Growth, Progress and Perfection” was organised by IQAC, Dibrugarh University on 20h June, 2024 (Thursday) for all the stakeholders of Dibrugarh University. The speech was delivered by Shri Diganta Biswa Sarma, Sahitya Akademi Awardee and Professor of Practice, Dibrugarh University.
