A workshop on Group Processes and Facilitation was conducted by the Centre for Social Work Studies at Dibrugarh University for the students of MSW 4th semester, held from February 29 to March 02, 2024. Mr. Pradyut Bhattacharya, Executive Director of Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA), served as the resource person for the workshop.
This workshop holds significant importance for social work students as it provides them with essential skills to navigate group dynamics effectively. Through this workshop, students learn how to communicate more effectively, manage conflicts, empower individuals, improve cultural competence, engage with communities, and advance social justice objectives in their future professional endeavors.
