The Centre for Social Work Studies of Dibrugarh University organized a Special Lecture titled “Why is Resilience an Important Development Concern for Assam?- A Hydroclimatic Perspective” on February 19, 2024, at the Indira Miri Conference Hall. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Partha Jyoti Das, who serves as the head of the Water, Climate, and Hazard division at Aranyak, and holds the position of Professor of Practice at Dibrugarh University.
