Four latest books, published by the Publication Division of Dibrugarh University, were released in a book launch function held on 26 December, 2023 at B R Seth Conference room of Dibrugarh University. Professor Nagen Saikia, renowned litterateur of Assam released the book titled ‘Adhunik Asamiya Sahityar Itihas’, authored by Dr. Ananda Bormudoi. Professor Jahnabi Gogoi, Vice Chancellor i/c, D.U., launched the book titled ‘Bigyanar Itihas’, edited by Professor J.N. Sarma. The book titled ‘Sarbasamiksha Tattwa’, authored by Dr. Prabwaljyoti Phukan, was released by Professor Paramanonda Mahanta, Former Professor of Physics, DU. Professor G. C. Hazarika, Former Professor of Mathematics, D.U. released the book titled ‘Srinivasa Ramanujan’, authored by Dr. Barindra Kumar Sarma. The function started with the welcome address delivered by Professor J N Sarma. Professor Pallavi Deka Buzarbaruah, Professor Tapas Kumar Goswami, Dr. Tikendrajit Gogoi, Professor Kalyan Bhuyan, Dr. Prabwaljyoti Phukan and Dr. Bulumoni Kalita were present in the function and shared experiences with the Publication Division. Mr Prakalpa Ranjan Bhagawati, Publication Officer of the University offered vote of thanks.
