The online courses on “Functional English” and “Functional Assamese” for the International students of Dibrugarh University have kick started on 16th August 2021. Unique of its nature, a total of 28 students from across the globe joined these courses. The two programs are planned, prepared and run by the Office of the International Affairs, Dibrugarh University.
