- Study of ionospheric scintillation using a synergy of measurements between a Digital Ionosonde, All Sky Imaging Device and GPS TEC and Scintillation Monitor at a location lying in the anomaly crest region (Dibrugarh) and development of a model for the thermosphere-ionosphere system, ISRO CAWSES-II, 2010-2013, Rs. 7.755 lakhs

Achievements by Research Scholars:
1. Ms. Jinee Gogoi: Invited to present her work on "A statisitcial study of Arctic and Antarctic Sudden Stratospheric Warming events and their impacts on the Ionosphere-thermosphere system" at the 12th International Workshop on Long-Term Chanes and Trends in the Atmosphere in the Universidade de Vugo, Spain during 6-10 May, 2024. She has been granted 1000 Euros by the organizers for her travel.
2. Ms. Angkita Hazarika: Her research paper "Performance evaluation of IRI, IRI Plas and SAMI2 during the consecutive prolonged solar minimum of cycles 23 and 24 around 100oE" has been awarded the 2023 Outstanding Paper Award for Young Scientits by the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR).
